Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Express delivery is available for €99.
You will receive an estimated delivery guideline in your confirmation email (subject to change). We will email you in advance of your estimated delivery date, then confirm delivery details and provide an estimated delivery time slot.
We aim to deliver within 30 days, though delays can occur. Estimated times will be confirmed after your order is received.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items for a full refund. Simply return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase, beginning from the day after you receive your goods. Goods must be in perfect, resellable condition & packaging must remain as new.
For unwanted purchase orders, all we ask is you pay the cost of return. Each change of mind purchase or unwanted purchase will incur a charge of €150. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received goods & deem them fit for resale. This may take a couple of days.
For all tailored or custom-made purchases, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the time the order was made and receive a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 14 days after receipt, we will give a 70 percent refund if you choose to cancel. Rabbettes Furniture Tailored good(s) usually go into production 24 hours after the order is placed.
You are unable to return your mattress if the plastic wrappings have been removed.
Unless there has been a structural defect or fault in the product delivered to you, we do not accept returns of any products notified to us later than 14 days after delivery.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
